    Unable To Download Games On My Console


    After the recent preview update (20 Oct 2016) I am unable to download any digital game or game updates. The update or installation would just stop after downloading 12 KB data. These are the steps I have tried:

    1. Connecting through LAN

    2. Changing networks

    3. Clearing persistent storage

    4. Deleting my profile from the console and re-downloading the profile.

    5. Resetting the console keeping games and apps

    The steps listed above have not helped me in any manner. I think it's an issue with the software or maybe there's a 10% chance that my console might need repair because the last time I had a critical issue it was software related bug which was solved after
    an update.

    Please help me out here.

    Yоu саn rеsеt yоur mоdеm аnd rоutеr by unplugging pоwеr tо bоth fоr аrоund 15 sесоnds. Whеn rеstоring pоwеr, plug thе mоdеm in first, аnd thеn wаit fоr аll оf thе lights оn thе mоdеm tо соmе up. Whеn thоsе аrе аll асtivе, plug in thе rоutеr. Оnсе thоsе lights аrе flаshing nоrmаlly, gо аhеаd аnd sign intо Xbоx LIVЕ, аnd try yоur dоwnlоаd аgаin.

    You need Always have to be sing in to other player access the game on the account that why the Xbox need to be set at home Xbox.

    You right on the account you used before? Have you tried to uninstall and install games that you are unable to play? Do you use external HD on the console? I did this with my console recently, I had to download the games again.
