    Yоu саn rеsеt yоur mоdеm аnd rоutеr by unplugging pоwеr tо bоth fоr аrоund 15 sесоnds. Whеn rеstоring pоwеr, plug thе mоdеm in first, аnd thеn wаit fоr аll оf thе lights оn thе mоdеm tо соmе up. Whеn thоsе аrе аll асtivе, plug in thе rоutеr. Оnсе thоsе lights аrе flаshing nоrmаlly, gо аhеаd аnd sign intо Xbоx LIVЕ, аnd try yоur dоwnlоаd аgаin.

    This is happening to me too, it is so frustrating! I'm also getting signed out of xbox live ever 3-5 god damn minutes (Unless im playing a multiplayer mode.) This is just so annoying. uhg.

    I do have wireless turtles beaches. I moved the box from on top of my xbox to about 4 feet from it and im still geeting the error and the same status code...

    How about you turn your turtle beach off and any other devices that may be connected to your router, I know personally that this helps greatly with my connection, It probobly will for you.

    Sounds like wireless interference. Do you have a wireless turtle beach head set? Or any other wireless devices around your xbox? If so, move them away from the xbox.

    Thanks so much everyone! I unplugged my turtle beach wireless receiver and it finally updated!!!
