Unable to download games from game pass

On Series X and had the same issue except it then began affecting other games I tried to download (Scarlet Nexus, Doom 64).

In the end I...

1. Cancelled the Avengers download from the queue.

2. Hard reset the Console.

This seemed to work for allowing the other games to download (I had already tried redownloading Avengers after a hard reset but to no avail).

I would suggest leave attempting to download Avengers from Game Pass for the time being until we get some word from Microsoft on the problem.

Seen a lot of people reporting the same thing over the weekend,including a couple of friends so thought it was an issue with the Avengers game but there seems to be more people having this issue with other games as well which would point to an issue at Microsoft's end.

All you can do is keep trying & wait for the issue to be fixed.

The usual reset console,redownload account etc. fixes don't seem to do anything.

Would you please try to Run the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter. Select the Start button, and then select Settings>Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters, and then from the list select Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter button that is revealed to start the troubleshooting process.
