unable to download game Code: 0x80073CF3

I hope KingZorph's solution works, like he said there seem to be quite a few people with the same issue, what i also found out that the last
windows update caused a bug that stopped games from working or downloading properly, but most of the responses were to delete and start again.

well i fond the folder that is responsible but the folder has permission that are stopping me from deleting it. iv looked up how to remove it so im going to instal a program that will remove it hopefully after that the download will work

The fix should be the same i think, on PC you might have some sort of partial file of that game sitting somewhere, see if you can search for it and try to manually delete that file and then start the download again.
