    Unable to download "Free with XBox Gold" Content - But a can purchased games...


    I can't download the "Free with XBox Gold" games that are over 1.5 GB, but have absolutely no trouble downloading games or content that I purchased. I received error code 8007241 and called customer service, and was given instructions that walked me through
    the clearing cache bit, didn't work. Today I followed the complete set of instructions from Error 80072741 | Xbox Live Error for Xbox 360 in
    totality, from start to finish, including adding a valid credit card (prior purchases were made only from XBox gift cards - and there is a small credit on my account.) I've done everything and I'm at wits end... the Xbox connects to the internet normally
    by WiFi, but I have tried with a cat-5e cable and a direct connect. Still does not work. Wifi speed is okay for streaming Netflix and the other downloads, so don't know why I can't get these other downloads to work!

    I have purchased Gold, I download Xbox One games with gold, but I am unable to download any of the Xbox 360 games with gold. I will propose that my country is added, it may even happen one day, but...

    Even if it made sense to not take someone's money online because he/she is from a particular country - still it doesn't make sense to not be able to download free games because of a payment method.

    PLEASURE AND NON-RESOLUTION OF THE LIVE GOLD PROBLEM

    I live in a proper region for Games With Gold, have everything i need to make purchases and I am unable to download the Tomb Raider game in the Games With Gold selection, the other two for the Xbox One I can but when I select "see price" for Tomb Raider it
    says it is 19.99.
