Unable to download Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition

When on Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition's store page, there is only the option to manage.

I click manage, it takes me to my library, and where there is usually the download button on the far right, there is the "I" in a circle.

When I click that it takes me to the base Forza Horizon 3 page (not ultimate) and says it is part of a bundle, with no option to download.

I have updated to the anniversary edition of Windows 10.

Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition does show in my purchase history.

So for anybody wondering like me, it is a separate purchase.

 

My Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition is runnable.

But VIP access and carpack is unabled.

 

I received another batch of updates, restarted, and the download option was there.

However, I've now joined the club where Windows Store downloads hang up and just sit and sit and sit and sit and sit and do NOTHING. The internet is working fine on this computer, everything else works, but if I close everything else my network usage falls
to ZERO, and the download is making NO progress.

 

My game works fine and smooth. But my Ultimate Edition Content is not activated. My Wheelspin was just normal...not the VIP One..

 

Download started working again... and RESTARTED THE DOWNLOAD!!!!!! What give MS? Figure this out. Not everyone is in a country where fast internet is a given. After 14 hours the download was halfway complete, not it just starts over? WHERE DID THE OTHER
FILES GO?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

 

I'm having the exact same problem as your first post madskater5... Can't download it nor install it... Any help would be appreciated.

 

Got it up and running by now... I can set my options and graphics and stuff BUT, once I hit "Continue" to start playing, the game instantly crashes.

It just disappears, no error, no "Forza 3 Horizon has stopped working"-message, NOTHING.

Tried all different settings, Low, Medium, High, Ultra (can handle it easily), all of them in combination with Windowed/Fullscreen mode, nothing worked.

I changed drivers (372.90 back to 372.70), that also doesn't work. Don't know what else I can try....

 

I am having the exact same issue, I am a Windows 10 insider and updated. Ran updates again and rebooted. Game doesn't show up, I only get manage but not download. Tried to call in but am not able to fill out the form as the name fields are grayed out. Sent
a tweet and have heard nothing. So frustrating.
