    Unable to Download Forza 6: Apex Even though I meet requirements


    The windows app store wont let me download it due to a "Missing" Direct X Feature level, and my graphics card does in fact have the specified Direct X Feature Level

    So if someone can tell me how my graphics card doesn't meet the required feature level (and the required feature level is 11)
