Unable to Download Forza 5?

Running into a strange issue when trying to download the new Forza 5 game. My PC is able to download any game from game pass EXCEPT Forza 5. (Seriously bigger or smaller games work fine and will download.) When I hit "install" on the game details page, the button will change to "preparing 0%", but the game never moves into my library on the left or gets past 0%. After 30 seconds-1 minute, the button switches back to "install" as if nothing ever happened and the attempt stops.

*Note: I was able to get the installation going the first time I tried it, but I cancelled it after it had downloaded about 5 GB. Since cancelling on that first attempt, I have been running into the problem above. My fear is that it didn't fully uninstall from my PC, or something like that?

I managed to download forza 5 from the Microsoft store, however I am still unable to download Star Wars fallen order or claim any of the perks

First, welcome to the Xbox community. Given the problem you are having, I suggest you try the procedure below.

(Some users have reported that this allows downloading the game)

1. Go into the Microsoft Store and search Forza Horizon 5 Standard Edition.

2. Next you want to click on Forza Horizon 5 Standard Edition and you want to click Install from the Xbox app.

3. This will take you to the Xbox app and when it takes you to the Forza game scroll down and look at the tab named "Included in this bundle" And click Forza Horizon 5.

4. This should take you to the regular Forza Horizon 5 game rather than the Standard Edition, And then you want to click install and this should download the game.

- If that works, the download will probably pick up where it left off.
