Unable to download February update

For some reason I have not been prompted to download the update

Any ideas as to why

i have given the xb1 a soft reset

set it to instant on mode

turned the xb1 off with voice command

there is no data transfer over the modem

no signs of life from

the console and the power brick remains white

any suggestions?

i will get it.. i dont seewhy not. guess i will have to try and find the update in system as you manually have to download it.

 

Where can I download XBOX system update 2.0.15572.0?

I was prompted at about 5:22am(GMT-6 time) to update my console. I'm not able to update my console via XBL because of a strict NAT type that I've been unable to fix over the past 4 months. I tried to download the newest system update from this page http://www.xbox.com/system-update-usb.
It turns out this is update is from February 23, 2012 and this page How to Get a New Xbox 360 Update and the link for the system update has not been updated. A link to a USB compatible download would be much appreciated
as I'm currently unable to use my XBOX online. Thank you in advance.

 

I can't download the update, either.

 

Turn on Instant On and Auto Update. Then turn it off and leave it plugged in for a while. I too didn't get the update. I told it to turn off and I left it alone for about an hour. I came back, said Xbox On and saw a green bar on the screen. The update finished
shortly after.

 

We don't have the Xbox on voice command here in Australia but I will try

the rest of your suggestion

Console is in instant on with auto update enabled console was powered off by voice command

Alright, I did as you said and waited several hours as I slept.

The light on the brick was still white, I powered up the console and there was no progress bar, I did not receive the update.

Has the update been rolled out in Australia yet?

This would explain why I can't download it

I've literally tried everything

I even tried forcing the update but that did not work either

 

2/16/14 I too have not received feb update. Did not know about update till 4am this morning EST in U.S. Have not tried any resets yet. Will do after Titanfall beta dnld. Hopefully I cant repost with some good news

 

Sorry that didn't work. The only other option that I know of is the forced update.

 

Thank you Raven for your help, I have a few questions about the forced update.

firstly, Is the link for the offline system diagnostics tool the riles I need to download, I was under the impression that those files are for the day 1 patch only

Secondly the files in question, do they need to be loose on the usb or do they need to be in a folder on the usb

I actually tried to force the update earlier but each time I tried I was greeted to three power down chimes signalling that the update had failed

You don't want the update, trust me!

 

i think its just a matter of time before the update hits where you are. after doing a few searches they all said the same thing. not everyone will get the update at once. maybe there going by region or country. but just to be sure I turned off auto updates
then soft reset my xbox. turned on the auto update and turned off my xbox for a little while. When I turned on my xbox the update was there and didnt take too long to finish. and so far no problems with anything.
