    Unable to download EVOLVE from Games With Gold


    If you have an Xbox Live Gold(not a free trial) and yet you are unable to download the game EVOLVE on Games with Gold :

    First, there are instances that when you try to download the game and click the Free with Gold, you are being prompted back to the same page. The solution for this one is launch the Microsoft Edge(has the
    E icon) on the Console, you can check for the Microsoft Edge by going to My Games and Apps, click on the
    Apps, you would be able to see the E icon, launch it and use it to browse for the Games with Gold and then launch it.

    We also have a case where you will be charged when you try to download the game, if this happen to you, contact the support immediately and they will be asking for some information, because the game experienced a known issue that is being fixed now by there
    System Engineer. What they will do is they will process a refund for the game and after that you can repurchased/re-download the game to have the license of the game and have access on it.

    Can't get evolve on my xbox LIVE GOLD account.

    so when evolve got free on xbox live gold, i tried to download the game, but when i click on ''free with gold'' the page keep refreshing..

    so i can't make the transaction for the FREE GOLD GAME, which **** me off..

    Games disappeared

    the game was delisted completely, and if it was obtained via games with gold can no longer be downloaded either and the games servers are fully offline also.

    Evolve can no longer be re-downloaded from Purchase History, at least if it was received as part of the Games with Gold program. The game was offered to Xbox Live
    Gold subscribers in March of 2017.

    Problem downloading Evolve from Gold games

    Hey there Worldotan1287.

    Let's try cancelling the download completely if you haven't already. Once it's cancelled, give your Xbox One a full power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it turns off. Once you power it back on, try starting the download again.

    I contacted a Employee about a problem, but after talking got no response? Any way I get an update on my issue?

    Did you buy evolve or did you get it from games with gold? I think if you bought it digitaly or own the disc it upgrades you to the legacy edition. Single player still works so you shouldn't need xbox live gold just to download the game. The dedicated
    servers were shut down September 2018 but there are some multiplayer modes you are supposed to be alble to play.
