Unable to download DLC.

When trying to download Tears Don't Fall for Rocksmith 2014, it'll go from 0 to 1 then back to 0. A message will then pop up saying that it cannot download. Can anyone help?

It doesn't give me a error message it just kicks me out before I can confirm Everytime i try it. On console and pc same thing every time

Hi there,

be sure to check the current storage section for the game on your console. Go to Settings - System - Storage and select the game fold in Games and check if there are ain incomplete or corrupt files present (They will have a yellow icon with exclamation mark)

If those are present please delete those.

After that clear the console cache see this link for the how to:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

Restart the console and try downloading the DLC again

Let us know the results

There weren't any corrupted or incomplete files, I cleared the system cache and that didn't work either.

So are you not seeing that DLC at all, or are you simply unable to use it? It sounds as if you're able to view that DLC in your download history, correct? And to be sure, did you download the DLC with the profile you're currently posting from?

This happened to me as well. I am unable to purchase the Wizard’s Tower DLC on Xbox Marketplace on my console or on a desktop computer. I tried 4 times and have been charged but have no DLC. I’m using an Xbox Series X. I was able to download and purchase the other 9 DLCs with no issues. The Wizards Tower is the only DLC I am unable to purchase. Please tell me how I can download the DLC. Thanks for your time.
