    I keep trying to download some content for call of duty modern warfare 3 and I keep getting messages saying that the service is unavailable and when I actually get it to start downloading it loads then resets then tries to download again then I get a message
    saying that it cant download and I cant figure out what is preventing me from downloading it

    I would like to state, this question was submitted by someone who hacked my X-Box Live. I am frustrated and would like said person to leave my account alone.

    Could you try deleting the partial file from your hard drive, clearing your cache, restarting the console, then go to Purchase History and try again?

    Deleting partial file: Go to Settings/System/Storage/[All Devices]/Modern Warfare 3 and removing the content that is failing. You may see it with a yellow triangle and exclamation mark icon next to it.

    Clearing the cache:
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    Purchase History: On console, Settings/Account/Download History. On website,
    live.xbox.com/.../history

    not only does that never actually work as many people who tried to bypass the region lock can tell you

    but yes its against the terms of use

    you must create an account where yiou actually live or wait till you are back in the us
