Unable to download content on 360

Gamer tag still will not download. It gets to "Hi Matrixofliberty" and the progression bar fills about 1/4 of the way and then nothing.

 

Again, I can download my gamer tag and any of my purchased content on my other 2 360's, but I'm unable to do so on the one I received from the repair center.

 

Could you try delete the Marketplace system cache and let us know how that goes and we'll continue to work from there.

1. On your console, go to Settings, then select System.
2. Select Storage, and then select your primary storage device.
3. Select System Items.
4. Select Marketplace System Data.
5. Select Delete.
6. Restart your console.

Try download your gamer profile from Live.

 

There's no marketplace system data.

 

If you have the internal hard drive version of the failing Xbox, try with the following solution.

With your console powered off, safely remove the hard drive. Plug in a USB flash drive (configure for use with the Xbox 360) into a USB port on the front of your console. Power on the
Xbox (with hard drive removed). Follow the instructions on screen, when you use an alternative storage device for the first time.

Now, try download your profile from LIVE to USB flash drive and let us know how that goes.

Couldn't download my profile either. Note that it did not ask me to do an update with the hard drive but did with the flash drive. Don't know if that makes a difference.

 

Did you format your USB flash drive?

Can you go to Console Settings and make sure
Locale, time and date are correct setup.

If you have the Kinect connected to the failing console, unplug the Kinect, as long as you're troubleshooting.

Try, once again, and powering off your networking equipment (modem/router) for a couple of minutes.

This time, when you connect the failing Xbox, try connect this using an Ethernet cable, instead of wireless. Also, only connect the failing console to your router and keep the other console's powered off.

Try download your profile from Live.

 

Can you also check if your storage device(s) shows as "Unformatted".

Same problem when connected via Ethernet cable. Downloaded my profile to one of my kids 360's just fine and other content downloaded fine as well. I move my profile to my console and I can't connect again.

 

I have moved my 3 other profiles to this console and all are having the same issues.

 

If it's possible, try use the hard drive from one of your non-failing console's and insert this drive into the failing console and let us know if your console can connect properly.

I would also suggest that you check your hard drive, if any contents stored on your hard drive may have become corrupted. Corrupted contents is shown as an yellow exclamation mark.

 

The hard drive has been formatted. There's nothing on it.

 

If it's possible, try connect your console with a different network (frinds house etc.), to see if it connect properly, or if the same problem persists.

 

No luck. My buddies profile has problems when transferred to my console.
