Unable to download Assassins Creed Syndicate

That isn't relevant to the problem I'm having or anyone else here is having. We can't even install the game.

I too am having this issue. I'm from the Southern Highlands in Australia NSW. My ISP is iiNet.

Download speed: 13.9mbs

Upload speed: 0.9mbs

Ping: 32ms

I have tried all of these "solutions" last night and this morning. Which is a shame given I spent $139 for the Gold edition.

Just curiously, has this thread been abandoned?

Ok, the way I have ended up fixing the issue it to change my DNS in my network settings from automatic to manual:

Primary: 8.8.8.8

Secondary: 8.8.4.4

This is the Google DNS. Be aware that you will be using up your quota on Iinet doing this method, however if you call them up you can explain the situation and receive a data pack from them. Until Iinet fixes the issue, most of the problem will be in downloading
so switching back after you finish is best if you want to save your quota. Also if you download something and run your network statistics while it is downloading you should see that you have a 0% packet loss. Before I was getting up to 38% packet loss.

Hey guys. For some reason users in Australia are experiencing these issues when downloading games. Many people have been able to fix this by changing their DNS server:

Hey everyone!

I saw that OmenGuide may have found an issue with their ISP. I wanted to check in to see if everyone is still having trouble downloading the game or if it's all good to go now. Keep me updated

Yeah.. As for me, I am like really want to play Assassin's Creed Rogue because it is a different story mode that takes place if I am correct before Assassin's Creed 3. Anyway, I got more information on Assassin's Creed Syndicate. Since it is only Single
Player with no Multiplayer, Co-op or An Companion App.. Ubisoft is thinking of bringing back the Counter Attack.. But I might have mis-read but it says that The Counter Attack in AC Syndicate will not be Instant Kill.. I wonder how it will play out? Here is

Hey guys I figured it out, and it's really stupid. So, in the Xbox store if you search for Assassin's Creed Syndicate, all that pops up is the Gold Edition, the Bonus Helix edition, and all the DLC. No base game right? Navigate your store to the Gold
edition and it'll have "This bundle includes: Assassin's Creed Syndicate, Assassin's Creed Syndicate Season Pass, Assassin's Creed Syndicate A Long Night, and Assassin's Creed Syndicate Huntsman Outfit.". Click on Assassin's Creed Syndicate under Bundle includes.
This is the base version of the game. The button that normally says Buy or Manage should say Install. Mine did. I clicked it and the game started installing.

I think it's just a disconnect because for some reason the base version of the game doesn't come up in the searches or the games list in the store, but if you manually navigate to it, it works. Stupid, but at least I'll be able to play this weekend! Hope
