Unable to download Assassins Creed Syndicate

I've been trying to download assassins creed all day, but it only reaches 5% before it stops and says installation. I received error code 0x87e0000f. I've tried restarting the download 4 times, waiting a few hours, turning the xbox on and off, I've moved
the xbox from my living room to my bedroom to use a wired connection, deleting my xbox profile and power cycling my xbox and router.

What else can I do? Or is it an xbox store problem?

Sorry to hear the trouble you're having with the download. It's been a little while but are you still having trouble with the download? If you're still having issues, please share your detailed network statistics on the console so we can make sure your speeds
are not affecting the download.

To also check, when you restarted the download did you cancel it, power cycle your console and then restart it? If not let's try that to see if it helps

I'm still having problems with it and I'm honestly at my wits end. I've tried doing as you've suggested but it didn't work. Now after I power cycled the Xbox Assassins Creed appears in the games screen with it saying paused. When I attempt to resume the
download it gives me the error 0x80070002. I have to click uninstall to get rid of it and I will try re-download it.

Download speed: 9.46 mbps

Upload speed: 8.58 mbps

Packet loss: 0$ (but when I ran it during the download it was going to 37%)

MTU: 1416

Latency: 177

 

Nope, no luck, at this point downloading it is just eating up my download limit. Is there anything else I can do? Or can I get a refund so I can just go to the store and buy a physical disk?

 

Hi. also having this issue with Assassin's Creed Syndicate. I get to 5% then the download stops. I followed all fixes I could find online and nothing works. Being in Australia I've got a Data Cap and I cant keep re downloading until this is fixed. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.

Where about from Australia are you and what internet provider are you with? I'm in Sydney and using Iinet.

Thanks for the support message.

When you power cycled your console, you did NOT just press the button and press it again to turn it back on right because that is not a power cycle? To power cycle the console properly, hold the power button down for 10 seconds and then leave it off for
30 seconds and turn it back on. Also, are you apart of the Xbox Preview Program?

i have done that but it just does the same thing and no i don't think i am part of the xbox preview program

 

Yes, I turned the xbox off as you said AND unplugged it. Multiple times. Leaving it completely without power for a long time. As cole said, we are from Australia and can not keep constantly re-downloading the game due to data restrictions. I'm starting to
think it is a regional server problem.

Is anyone else having the problem with a frozen Loading screen with Assassin's Creed Syndicate? I Installed the game It updated fine, but straight after you're in the Animus part of the game (Jacob running around in the white room) It goes to a black loading
screen with the auto save Icon and Is frozen there, Is anyone having similar problems?
