Unable to download Apps or Games

Hi All,

I wonder if you can help me on this.

I have bought Xbox One and when I tried to download any Apps or Games for the Store. It gave me below error message

Anybody seen this before ?

I have logged in with My microsoft account which is a Gold member.

Unable to download apps.

So, though xBox live has finally stopped logging me out at random, I can't download apps. It goes, says they are downloading, stay at 0% for a bit, and cancel themselves. I've checked everything, and both my xBox 360 and network connection are fine, which
leaves it being a problem with the xBox Live service. This is really, really irritating. I've noticed that a lot of others have also been having trouble with xBox live recently, and am hoping for some assistance. Thanks.

 

Unable to install games or apps

I discovered today when attempting to install the newest games with gold offerings that I am unable to download and install games and apps. I have more than enough space open to install the items I'm attempting to install(161.1gb). When trying to install
from the store items go directly from pending to queued and no progress is recorded. If I try to install something from my ready to install list nothing happens. The item does not even become queued. My internet connection is active and able to support playing
my already installed games. Any help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to see any downloading issues! It looks like, according to
your public profile, that you are able to access games now. Are you still running into this issue? If so, can you post back with an image of the error you receive? The one you listed isn't one I'm aware of the console giving specifically; they normally
start with 0x or XBOS.

Let me know how it's working out so we can determine our next steps!
