Unable to download any updates, how to fix it?

I have been trying for the past two days now to play some games on my Xbox One but nothing I do works. I am stuck in some sort of Installation Stopped loop.

When trying to update a game so that I can play it, or download a game using game pass, without fail every single time the download/installation fails. I am always presented with error codes such as 0x80270300 or 87e000005. This only happens when downloading/updating
games, apps download and install fine.

Things I have tried:

-Reset console to factory settings

-Wipe all local game data

-Multiple hard resets (holding power button for 8-10 seconds)

-Install game from disc in offline mode

-Delete and reinstall game

-Change internet connection (issue still persists using mobile phone hotspot)

-Changing DNS settings to 8.8.8.8/1.1.1.1 etc

-Checking xbox live status (no issues)

-Signed in with correct profile (I am the only profile on the console)

-Hard drive is 99.9% empty so no issues with space constraints

I have tried every single fix that google comes up with but nothing has worked. I now have a £350 paperweight unless someone here has a magical fix I haven't come across. I have never had this issue up until 2 days ago when I tried to use my console for
the first time in a year.
