unable to download any games from game pass for pc

Thank you, this is what I thought, however Xbox Support via live chat confirmed to me that this is not on PC game pass which is why I am unable to download it from the store for free. They said the game is only available "discounted" on Game Pass for PC. Which is not what my screenshots indicate and is false advertising.

The only reports I've heard about games on pc game pass is unable to download the game, have you tried to uninstall and install again?

Thanks for trying. Let's reset your Microsoft Store cache: Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.

Please repair & reset your Xbox app and Microsoft Store app as well.

If it doesn't work, let's try the steps below:

Go to "My computer" > select the drive where your games are currently installed.
Look for "Windows apps" folder > Right-click then select Properties > Security > Advanced.
Another tab will show > click Continue.
Where is owner click "Change" > "Advanced" > Then "find now" > Then choose "Authenticated Users" > Click OK, then OK again and click apply.
After that, please rename the WindowsApps folder to WindowsApps.old
Lastly, create a new folder called WindowsApps.
Restart the PC.

I was tried everything from your sugguestion as above but it does not work still for installing or cancelling, it always says "Checking for uopdates" but I have already update for everything. Please kindly help to sugguest in other methods. Im looking forward to hear from you.
