    Unable to download and install some games from Xbox app game pass


    Hi everyone,

    Indiana Jones allways stops at 21% , "superliminal" strangely allways stops at 100% and "As dusk falls" allways at 25%, three with the same message Hresult 0x8007001f.
    I do not understand what is hapenning, specially because till now i was able to download , install and play many others games such as Assasin's Creed, hellbound and so.
    Everything is up to date, drivers, system., ans i tried the steps detailed here https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/help/games-apps/troubleshooting/troubleshoot-games-windows-10

    with no result ll, even if it is windows 11.
    I trided through Wifi and Ethernet, with exactlly the same message and the same download progress.

    Any hint ?
    Help ! i have no use for game pass if i can't play half of the games i like :-(

    "Game is currently not available in your account." Error code 0x87E10BD0 for all Xbox Game Pass games

    The Microsoft Store only provides an "Install from Xbox App" button for Xbox Game Pass games instead of a download option, which then opens a game's install page in the Xbox App.

    Hi,

    Ori and the Will of the Wisps is an Xbox Play Anywhere title. This means that it can be downloaded from the Windows 10 Store.

    Ori and the Blind Forest is not a Play Anywhere title. To download the PC version of this game from the PC Game Pass you need the PC Game Pass App installed.

    Are you downloading from the Microsoft Store app? If so, try downloading from the Xbox app (not the console companion app) instead. If you don't have that app downloaded, you can download it at https://www.xbox.com/xbox-game-pass/pc-games?xr=shellnav
    After my computer went through the lengthy update (wasn't aware I wasn't up to the most recent version), I was able to finally install the Xbox app and can now install all the games that come with Game Pass Ultimate. Kinda embarrassed that it was such a simple
    fix. Thanks!

    Just to confirm, you're unable to install it on Xbox app and MS store? Are you playing the game through the game pass?

    Sorry to hear it. As this is the beta app there are still issues to be fixed. If you are unable to download the game from the app then cancel it and open the Store App from the start menu and find the game there to install
