Unable to download after purchase. Error code 0x80073cf2

So I bought Tomb Raider Definitive Edition from the on my xbox one cause they have it cheap this week for xbox live gold members. I purchased it along with some other games. I downloaded one of the games just fine. Then I went to download Tomb Raider and
it would say installing then go back to queued and after awhile or would say installation failed and give me the error code 0x80073cf2. So I tried the other games I purchased online and they all downloaded and installed just fine.

I looked that up with us they supplied and nothing.

I'm at a loss of what to do. Can I goto cancel to take it out of queue and try again or will I have to purchase it again?

Error message 0x80073cf2

I have received error message 0x80073cf2 while attempting to download NBA 2K16. It just keeps going in the queue until I get the error message. Please help!

Yes I was able download it. I cancelled it out of my queue and tried to download it again and it worked.

Yes I was able download it. I cancelled it out of my queue and tried to download it again and it worked.

When I try to install the game it goes back and forth between "queued" and "installing" then stops and gives me error code, "0x80073cf2"
