    Unable to Download after Code


    I just bought the xbox one madden bundle and tried to put in my redemption code for the full game download and game add-on content and the code said that it recognized the bundle but did nothing afterwards. I have no idea how to download the game and when
    I re-entered the code, it says that it has already been used. I just want to play madden but can't find it at all ._.

    Did you put in two codes? The first code was for the actual game itself. and the second code underneath is for the Ultimate Team pack. It's likely you only put the second code in, if not, contact xbox support.

    navigate to my games&apps -> games -> check if your game is listed -> press the menu button and check if Content is ready for Installation.
