Unable to download account.

Keep getting a 8007045D error code when I try to download my account. This started today when I tried to sign in and it froze up a bit when the guide expanded to what I'm assuming was going to be the usual add more security thing. I pressed the guide button
to get rid of this knowing I would be signed out and thought I would just sign back in. I then discovered my account had vanished, so I tried to download my profile and started getting this error code. I have used the error code search and tried the suggested
solutions and I still can't get my account downloaded. Can anyone help?

Yоu саn rеsеt yоur mоdеm аnd rоutеr by unplugging pоwеr tо bоth fоr аrоund 15 sесоnds. Whеn rеstоring pоwеr, plug thе mоdеm in first, аnd thеn wаit fоr аll оf thе lights оn thе mоdеm tо соmе up. Whеn thоsе аrе аll асtivе, plug in thе rоutеr. Оnсе thоsе lights аrе flаshing nоrmаlly, gо аhеаd аnd sign intо Xbоx LIVЕ, аnd try yоur dоwnlоаd аgаin.

troubleshooting page, I recommend testing your network settings by trying the following steps:

Press the Guide button on your controller, then select Settings.

Select System Settings and then select Network Settings.

Select your wireless or wired network connection.

Select Test Xbox Live Connection.

Check to see if the test found any connection errors.

If the test did not find any errors, try power cycling Xbox 360 console.

Once your console is powered on, Try redownloading your profile.

Give the suggested steps a try and if you are still unable to download your profile, reach out to phone support for further assistance. You can reach phone support through our Contact Us page. Feel free to

Child accounts are unable to download M rated and Un-rated content that is free.

Hi HULK,

This is intentional - if your son is under the age of the content they are trying to download, they will be unable to download it. For example an account that is registered to a 15-year-old will be unable to download an 18-rated game/movie etc. - this is
a legal requirement.

If the account in question is now over 18 or I'm misunderstanding this query, please reply and let us know a bit more detail on the issue. Thank you!

If the region on your account doesn't match the region that you're currently residing in you'll be unable to download the content.
