Unable to download AC:Black Flag and Unity

I waited until today to try and start up my new XBone because of the reported issues over the last couple of days. Initial startup was fine, and my connectivity is fine i.e. wifi, but when I go to try and download the digital copy of AC:Black Flag and Unity
that came with the bundle it just sits on 1% and does not ever increase. I looked into the connectivity and tested it and said my connection was good but there was an issue on Microsoft's end. Can you tell me how long this will be the case? I keep seeing
posts from moderators stating that problems have been fixed, but I am not seeing any changes. I also could not even download a 381 kb update for Dragon Age:Inquisition to play online because of the connection issues. Please let me know what is going on and
when I might be able to download the digital games that I technically own but can't play.

XBOX ONE - Black Flag - code problem SVC60017

I have same problem, I just bought XOne with AC Unity and AC 4 Black Flag download codes, just finished downloading of AC Uniti with no problem (code worked on second try) but when I try to use second code for AC Black Flag it show me error SVC60017 and
please try later. Whats wrong?

 

I preorded AC Unity with code but can't play

I have bought the xbox one console with kinect and AC Unity and Black Flag. I installed both of the games, Black Flag is working, but Unity still stays its pre-ordered. The game is out today, but I can't play. Help please.

 

I've been dealing with a similar problem since I installed the December update. I just recently ordered a new modem in hopes that it fixes things.

Have you tried power cycling yet? Hold down the power button until your Xbox One shuts off. Then turn it back on.

 

Thanks for the information Toxic...you provided more help than the entire Xbox support team. I did try that after you mentioned it but I have not seen anything positive from this yet. I will keep testing it. Also, does anyone happen to know what that
little red dot is on the corner of games that you can get on the xbox one? I see it for a couple games, but not for some others. I think that maybe it is about installation and/or updating. I have it on Farcry 4 and Dragon Age: Inquisition, but not on
the digital download of Black Flag, and not on Destiny.

 

Have you tried turning your modem off, then on again? Not sure what the red dot means.
