Unable to download a game

My Microsoft account is a child’s account (I’m an adult never even knew about a child’s account) I have changed everything in the settings to make my “child’s account” to an adults account. I went to receive the free game “Dead Space 2” from Xbox Live Gold
on my Xbox one. It tells me I cannot receive the game here and I have to go onto Xbox.com to receive the game. As told I did it and entered my information into Xbox.com, I went to get the game and everything was going well until I nearly had received the game.
Then it tells my I had to make the transaction on Xbox one so I did as told went back onto Xbox and did it. But then it told me to go back onto Xbox.com!

Does anyone know how to fix this nonsense

Yоu саn rеsеt yоur mоdеm аnd rоutеr by unplugging pоwеr tо bоth fоr аrоund 15 sесоnds. Whеn rеstоring pоwеr, plug thе mоdеm in first, аnd thеn wаit fоr аll оf thе lights оn thе mоdеm tо соmе up. Whеn thоsе аrе аll асtivе, plug in thе rоutеr. Оnсе thоsе lights аrе flаshing nоrmаlly, gо аhеаd аnd sign intо Xbоx LIVЕ, аnd try yоur dоwnlоаd аgаin.

 

Since you're on a child account, you will have to make the purchase on a 360 console.

If the age of your account is 18 or over, you would want to look into promotion your account to an adult account. If it's under 18, you would still be considered to be a child account.

 

Heya, unfortunately, if the account was created with the incorrect date of birth you will need to wait until the account has reached its 18th birthday based on the date entered when creating the account. There will be no way for you or us to adjust this
date after the account has been created. Thanks for your understanding.
