Unable to download a game to my PC that I have already purchased on Xbox

have you search download/purchase history in the windows store, sometimes games are relisted with added bits that then come up saying purchase again.

Do you own the digital version of ARK or disc? Only the digital version gives you the PC version too.

If you own digital, are you logged in on the Windows 10 store with the same account you use for console?

Ark Survival Evolved is a Play Anywhere title, so you should be able to get it on Windows 10 as well.

Please check the following:

Open the Windows 10 Store app, and click on the three buttons next to your account picture.

Click on your library, and check the list if Ark shows up there.

If not, then it might be, that you accidentally DO have two different accounts, and you bought it with a different account on the console than you use on PC.

Even if you are sure it should be the same account, try the following:

Go to
https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check your order history if Ark shows up there.

If it does, make sure you are signing in on the Microsoft Store with that very Email account, that you used on the order history page.

If the game doesn't show up on the billing page, check your console what Microsoft Account email you used to buy the game.

Its the same for but it says to sign in on a device.

Yes, I do have the digital version of the game and also logged in with the same account.
