Unable to Download 360 Information

I looked all over the internet but it looks like no one else is having this problem.

I try to play Shadow Complex and when the first screen that says it's downloading Xbox 360 information nothing loads. Then after that when I go to play the game it says that there isn't an xbox live account on it. it asks me to download it and then says
it's not connected to the internet. (mind you the Xbox One is connected to the internet just fine).

Anyone else having this problem? Here's a video.

Yes i have the same issue posted about here in the forum hours on xbox support chat nothing solved yet

 

It takes time to create a solution, please be patient.

 

Solution for a feature that is suppose to work? Lol

• Remove your account from your Xbox One console.
  
• Power cycle your Xbox One console.
  
• Download your account to your Xbox One console.

I've done all of these steps. It makes no difference. I've been on chat with support in 2 difference cases. We tested pretty much everything. Reset everything. Nothing changed. Same issue...

In my case, Xbox One network setting about DNS showed IPv6 address, although I didn't use IPv6 connection.

I tried to change the DNS address manually in Xbox settings, but it wasn't changed correctly . So I changed my home network rooter settings about DNS from "Auto" to "Manual IP"( dns address provided by your internet provider) .

Then, backward compatibility was working well, my Xbox 360 profile download started.

I have had the same problem with every backward compatible game since the update came out and I've done everything imaginable to try and fix this. The one fix that seemed to work for other people didn't work for me on any of the games. It involves pushing
the two menu buttons in the middle of the xbox one controller at the same time to load the xbox 360 dashboard. From there the dashboard says I have zero profiles and the only option to choose is "download profile". Really frustrating to hear of people complaining
about framerate issues or multiplayer not working when a lot of people can't even get sign in to get past the game menu!!!

 

I had same problem but it has fixed now.

The IP address manually fixed.

Restart, to get the network auto.

Xbox game start.

Xbox 360 profile download started.

I have the same problem and i resolve using wifi connection and no Ethernet cable.

I think that all of you have a cable connection.

With wifi connection Xbox download 360 information, then you are able to download your 360 profile. Try more time if don't start immediatly.

But if you return to use Ethernet cable the problem come back and is not possible connect your profile to internet.

This have no sense, the Xbox one is connect, my Xbox 360 use an Ethernet connection and go online with no problem.

But my 360 profile on Xbox one need only a wifi connection??

I already explane this thing in this forum, but no one of ms support give me a response.

Hi I'm a new xbox one user and I bought i for the new backwards compatible games, however when I try to purchase a backwards compatible game it says "You have no valid payment options on file". I have tried my credit card and xbox live cards and the same
message pops up. When I try and buy the backwards compatible games from my xbox one directly the game says "bundle only" and when i click on it it says it cant find it. Please let me know how to solve this.
