Unable to download 17+ Mature games.

It's not Guaranteeing you at 17, that you can watch Mature Content & who is actually mature at 17 anyway.. You have to be 21 to even drink in the US..

If you signed up to Xbox Live & your age is 17, your Family Filter Settings are active too..

This is a really stupid thing microsoft does. Most parents allow teenagers to play mature games. I've been playing them since I was like 13. Why do you have to be 18 to download mature games when you can buy hard copies at 17? Makes no sense

Well its not an issue buying Mature rated games as i have ID and can go to any gamestore though I'm unable to download Mature content so its counter intuitive to let me, a minor, buy mature rated games but not purchase DLC for said games.
