Unable to do Updates on my 360!!! help!!

Hey folks!



I'm having an issue with my 360 Slim, It wont allow me to do any updates and has wiped out all my profiles clean. I did a reformat, cleared the cache and thats about all it'll let me do. When I looked up the code, it said something about my hard drive......I
dont have an external HD, just the built in 4 G memory it came with.

Xbox 360 update error

My Xbox360 was unable to access any options when I turn it on as it kept trying to 'Update' the Xbox 360 and it presents 'XBox 360 Update Failed'. I can't access any other options but to shut it down. Any suggestions to help it get going well again?

Please help, as i'm tired and Unable to update update, my Xbox 360 SLim model 1439, it's is stock console, it is not moded,

but it keeps on failing, i even tried to update manually by USB thumb Drive but it fails it doesn't even extract files it fails as soon as i press update without connecting it to Internet via wifi , Some one Help me. what should i do, i'm so angry and tired

How much space remains on your internal drive. Perhaps there is not enough left to handle the update.

If you have lots of space or you cannot access the drive then perhaps you'll need to contact phone support to set up a repair of the console unless you wish to purchase an external hard drive or usb flash drive (usb would be to store other game downloads).
