    Cant connect to xbox live while i can connect to the internet

    What is happening? Are you unable to connect to LIVE in general, or just Halo multiplayer? Do you get an error message/code?

    Have either of you been banned from the game? Or maybe under the allowable age? I'm not sure what the allowable age is, but I'm sure someone at EA knows.

    On your privacy settings page (https://account.xbox.com/settings), have you also allowed “You can play with people outside of Xbox Live” and “You can create and join clubs”?
