Unable to disable auto renew

    Unable to disable auto renew


    I've just bought 1 month trial on xbox, but it doesn't appear. I've tried at again and the massage was something like" Sorry, you can only have one of this" even after I tried paying 10$ for 1 month. Now when I'm going to 'Subscriptions' page it just says
    "Buy gold" like nothing happened. I've tried removing Payment option but it said that I cant cause there is an Auto Renew associate with my credit card(!!!).

    So what should I do? I cant disable at Cause its like I've never paid. Help

    That's certainly a peculiar issue you've got there.

    I'm presuming you don't actually want it fixing? Unable to disable auto renew :p

    If you're unable to disable the auto-renew due to this issue, then please go to
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us and ask Customer Support to look into your account and disable auto-renew for you.

    Let me know if you need anything else! Unable to disable auto renew :)

    Sorry to hear it. If you purchased the membership on the website here it can take a while for it to populate your account. If you would like help cancelling the auto renew and can't do so from the website here then please give phone support a call and
    they can do that for you. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

    Hi Luis,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. To answer the question if sub will cancel. The issue with this is if auto renewal is on. As you are unable to get into the account if the renewal is on, you cant disable it so it will keep charging. If it is not on
    auto renew then yes it will basically suspend the subscription after a period of time of no payment.

    xbox online support SUCKS

    If you change your address to an Illinois address you can disable auto renewal on the website. Other than that auto renewal can only be disabled by calling support.
