Unable to disable ads on microsoft games

Hate to say this but it does not sound like it is an option for you to disable these ads by paying extra to do so.

I would be hesitant to put my information into an offer like that.

When I get one of the ads, you get a message on the bottom, "Want to disable ads? Tap here" or something like that. When the ad is finished, it sends me to a window where I have purchase options, I select one and it puts me into a form where it asks for
my credit card info and address, but it won't accept any non US address and I can't continue. It has a link where I can edit my account at Microsoft, but my account is already set up with my credit card and Canadian address, so I am at an impasse.

Thanks for getting back to us. I do apologize this has been quite a hassle to get going. I do want to check one certain setting. When the message 'Want to disable ads' comes up and you click on it and the page loads up does it show on the bottom left corner
a little globe? If so click on it and check if it shows the correct region for your account

Canada (English) Or
Canada (Français). This is something I've personally ran into before and realized I just had to switch it to the correct region.
