Unable to Delete/Send/Receive Messege on Xbox Live

Hello,

Since Sunday I've been unable to send or receive any messages on my xbox. I'm also unable to delete any old messeges and continue to get either "Unable to delete message--try again later" "Error please try again later" "Failed to send message" time and time
again. Wasted 4 hours in a support chat following every step imaginable before the agent just gave up and said that my account had broken itself and I'd have to make a new gamertag and gameshare with myself.

Obviously this isnt a reasonable solution so in the hopes someone else may have had this problem before I'm posting here.

Unable to send messages to my friend / Grayed out

hello xbox live i wanna know u guys disable me from sending messege to my friends it saying i did something wrong an i didn't can i plz be able to messege my friends to ask to see if i can play with them on warframe i can't even send messege on there either
u disable it all form me why when i anit the one sending bad messege out to people they sending them 2 me. i am the one who shouldn't be disable from sending messege

 

Fifa 16 Supe Deluxe Edition Pre Order - Free 1 Month EA Access Code Disappeared

I have Pre ordered Fifa 16 super deluxe edition and you get a free 1 month of EA Access and I got the code through a Xbox live messege but I didn't redeem it as I was saving it for this month but as I went on my messege the Xbox live messege was gone
is there any way possible you can access my old messages to get the code or do I have to wait for Xbox live to send me a messege so I can get it again but need the code as neednea access to his month thanks!
