Unable to delete files

I am unable to delete files off my xbox 360 E because after it says i have deleted the files they reappear when i go back into storage or turn The xbox on the next time i use it. Also my xbox is not allowing me to update xbox live when i click yes to apply
the update nothing happens.

Apps not loading

contacted customer service..had 1 corrupted file....deleted it...cleared cache...deleted profile only....restarted console...downloaded profile again....then everything worked

to find the corrupted file...go to settings hard drive and look for each possible file...the corrupted file has a warning sign.
clearing cache - hard drive...press Y - did that 3 times

Billing

I'm unable to remove an old credit card on file. I presently have two cards on file.

I would like to pay for the yearly subscription but the system will not allow payment to the good card on file, saying that because the subscription was billed to the old card.

Simply; delete the old and allow me to pay with the good card on file. Huh?

Sounds like you hard drive is corrupted. have you tried clearing the cache on your hard drive?

If this is a system with a hard drive, you should clear the cache. If that does not fix it, your hard drive is going bad.

If this is a 4GB system, it means your internal flash memory is going bad and it should be replaced under warranty. I had the exact same symptoms appear on my 4GB unit. It slowly got worse over a few weeks until the system simply refused to turn on any more.

I talked to cutomer service eventually and they came the conclusion that the only way to fix my problem was send it in for repairs.

So far it seems that they are inaccessible and unable to be found or deleted. We need File Explorer or a new version of it in order to access and manage our downloaded files. We need File Explorer for both Downloaded files from Internet Explorer and transfered
files from a USB drive to the Console.

I'm having the same problem. I've cleared the cache and deleted all DLC and downloaded it again. I noticed that I had 2 Vertigo files and I was unable to delete 1 of them.
