    Unable to Delete Club Due to Glitch

    Hello, I have been trying to delete a club on Xbox One for many months and have been unable to. The name of the club I want deleted is "Dank Squadron" and the club is about a year or more old. I am the owner and creator of the club. When attempting to delete
    the club I get the error message, "That didn't work" "Sorry, give it another try." I have had this same error message on both the Xbox app and the online website. I have even gone as far as attempting to delete the club on another console, and have still had
    the error message. I have restarted, hard reset, signed out, signed in, chatted with 6 or 7 different technicians from Microsoft, been through countless updates and nothing has seemed to work. At this point I have come to the conclusion that the club is glitched,
    and it is unable to be handled by me or other chat support technicians. I am requesting for the club to be deleted on Microsoft's end by someone who has the power to do so as there is nothing I can do on this matter. If this is not possible, I am requesting
    for a fix for this bug, however a simple deletion would be much more appreciated. Again, the name of the club in which I have created and own and want deleted is "Dank Squadron" and thank you for your help.

    Unable to join clubs

    I have attempted to join clubs but keep getting prompt that I am unable to do so due to my privacy settings. However, my privacy settings has 'join club' option set to allowed. There is no parent account.

    Nice to meet you! I'm Darhyl, a fellow gamer. I'm sorry you are experiencing this. I am here to help.

    Since you are the owner of the Xbox Club, here's how to delete it permanently:

    From Home, scroll to the Community tab and select Clubs on Xbox.

    Select the club that you want to delete.

    Scroll to the Manage tab.

    In the club settings, go to Ownership and select Delete Club.

    If this doesn't work, try to delete it on different devices as well.

    Upon deleting your Xbox Club, the result may be a bit delayed due to the Xbox Live server as for some their Xbox Club was deleted after 2 weeks.

    I'm not seeing you as Gold on the forums here but that might be due to a current glitch in the matrix. If you are unable to access Gold features on the One then try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts
    down.

    If that doesn't work then you may need to delete your profile from the system, restart and then redownload it again.

    The app will sometimes glitch and show that you have enforcement on your account. So if there is none listed on enforcement.xbox.com then it is probably a glitch.

    Are you able to join any clubs? Or is it specifically Forza Horizon 4 clubs?
    No. Joining other clubs showed the same thing.
