Unable to delete a game

Hello anyone and everyone,

I’m having a very annoying problem

I used to have my console linked under my friends gamertag so I could have his games etc, now he has switched to someone else

I still have his Black Ops 3 installed on my console, so I have selected to uninstall and press A... and it disappears... until I turn my Xbox back on again the next day, and this is a continuous problem, I can’t get rid of it? His other games that I had
have uninstalled perfectly fine? I’m confused

Unable to delete 2GB game

hi just saying that is not clearing system cash this is: settings-system-hard drive-hover over HDD- hit Y- clear system cash

what i said was to remove the game update seeing if that would remove it

sorry no ad-fence

Disregard my question i just had to reboot my xbox. So those of you having an issue deleting a game, REBOOT!

Hi,

Things you can try:

1. Fully power cycling your console. With the console on, hold down the power button until it goes off. Wait 10 seconds, power on and try deleting it again.

2. If you have external storage, try moving your game to either the internal drive or the external drive. When done, try to delete the game.

3. Do a console reset (But make sure you choose the option to keep your Games and Apps). This resets the Xbox One operating system, and can fix these problems.

Try go into the game folder and delete each item separately.

how much space is on the hard drive that may be the problem but try this:

Reset XBOX 360 All Installed Game Updates

Go to the "system" blade

Select "memory"

Press Y on the HD symbol

Press X,X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X,X

A message will appear saying: "Do you want to perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices?"

Select Yes
