Unable to D/L Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction

Good day,

I am trying to download the above game, as it's listed as part of my Live Gold account's free games to download. Now it's nearly end of Dec'18, and I believe it must be downloaded before end of 31st. But I get the error message "This offer is not valid in
your region."

I am in Namibia (Africa), and we are paying the same as other regions. Why are we limited with so many stuff? Please advise.

unfortunately not all the offers are valid in all the regions.

It depends on several factors, including game developers rules and regulations which may vary from country to country.

Mercenaries was such a great series and I so hope that one day we get a sequel. Games with gold in December had Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction which was fantastic to download. Had a lot of fun with it.
