Unable to create service ticket

I bought my wife a elite series 2 controller when it released but yesterday the right trigger takes more pressure then normal to get it to work almost like something is sticking. With it being in warranty I assumed making a service ticket would be easy
but when I choose free shipping on step 3 it just loads forever and does not continue. I have tried different computers, different OS, web browsers and I am getting nowhere and the warranty is up in april... any ideas

Sorry with that issue, as you already tried differents os / web browsers, you have to call or chat with an agent > https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

Moving the console to a different room, and using a different tv, and HDMI cord did not work. Lastly, I was unable to create a ticket under Device Service and Repair, because my Xbox is no longer covered
under Xbox Standard Limited warranty for repairs and service based on the expiration date. This model has been discontinued, out of warranty support and service for such models is no longer available.

As an addition, the error it keeps giving me is this:

No services found

No service offers are available

Don't know why. Had this since I got it back from repair last time. This will be the third time I need to send it in for repair, and it seems to me even the repair process isn't as solid as it should be...

Everytime I try to create a support ticket it takes me to log in and after I log in and try to create a support ticket again it kicks me out of my account thus making it so i'm unable to find out why I got banned. I tried doing it in Microsoft edge to
see if it was google chrome messing up but it didn't help. I appreciate the help though

If you are unable to get a refund, we suggest you contact their Support Site.There you will be asked to create a ticket in order to get your issue processed.
