Unable to create an XBox gamertag to play Forza5 on PS5.

I have purchased Forza 5 for PS5

I do not own an XBox

I am required to link or create a Microsoft account. I have logged in to an old Outlook account.

I get to the Xbox live create a gamertag page and it will not proceed.

I can enter a new gamertag or select one of the four given tag names and it doesn’t work.

I have logged out

I have used another Microsoft account

Same problem.

I have an expensive game I cannot play.

Please help

Have the same prob.

I created for MCC an account; created the gamertag as shown here "" it said that the gamertag is available - but after that, I got a different one.

Since then, I'm unable to change the gamertag on the homepage.

If I try to change the gamertag on the XBox Live homepage - there occurs an error and I'm unable to change it.

It says, that I should try it later - i try it now since 3 days.
