Unable to create a service order for my Project Scorpio.

Hi all, this is my first time posting on any forum so please bear with me. My Xbox One X started to have display issues about a week ago and I've tried everything to no avail. I've contacted Microsoft on various occasions but they pass my questions on
to "specialists". I get an email saying they'll take a look and I get no reply. I've also had a live chat with someone and they said I could opt in for an advanced exchange but I declined. Essentially I am unable to create a service order to send my console
off. It's been registered and is still within its 1 year warranty. When I try to finalise the service order I am presented with an error saying "We cannot complete your request online at this time." That's it, I hit a dead end and no matter who I've tried
to get in touch with, the matter has obviously not been resolved. Any help regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated, I would just like to send my console off for repair/replacement.

Sorry to hear it. If you are unable to set up a repair of the console online then you can request a call back from Xbox Support from this link
support.xbox.com/contact-us. They can help you set up the repair of your console.

Then you will need to contact xbox support and have them set it up for you on their end.

Go to
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us And either select "request call back" or "chat with xbox support" when you click Xbox one > Security > Chat with xbox support. And ask about them setting up a repair for you since you can't do it yourself.

 

Thank you very much for your response, I managed to talk to someone in a Live chat and they have created the Service order for me. Thank you for your help, I can now finally send my Scorpio off!
