Unable to create a multiplayer game in Minecraft

My daughter is unable to create an online MP game in Minecraft - Error Message: You can't play MP games.....Change your Privacy and Safety settings. I have changed to the least restrictive setting for her and still is unable to do it. She did not have
any of those issues on the 360. Ideas?

Okay when i go to start are a new game on minecraft it says "privacy and online settings for some players on this console may affect everyones communcation....etc) it then says "failed to create an online game as one or more players is unable to play on
xbox live" or something alone thoughs lines

However i can play other multiplayer games fine and privacy setting is set to adult acount

Make sure that your privacy settings allow you to view content that other players create. Minecraft is all about creating content, so any restriction at all will keep you from entering a multiplayer game.

 

Nope - I took them all off.

 

I've got the exact same problem.. surely its not a privacy setting issue if my son can play other games (COD, Battlefield 4, Destiny) on multiplayer just fine

Hey I've had this issue since day one, got the below suggestion from @Ballistic Dross

"@ I had the same thing. Under privacy settings I changed my sons web content from child to general with Adult content warning and put content rating up to 16 which kept the teen rating."

Unfortunately this didn't work for my sons' profiles, I've since tried giving them the same settings as me(my profile plays multiplayer fine) but this still didn't work for them. This is the 5th thread I've been on and STILL NO answer from support. Nothing

Same issue here. I was wondering if somehow this was because the live subscription is on my user id, but it can't be that since my son can play plants versus zombies online just fine.

 

you need to set SEE CONTENT OTHER PEOPLE HAVE MADE to everybody. I have just done that and the game will now start in online mode for my son ;-)
