Unable to control cable box

Does any voice control work (or is Watch ESPN an example)?

Is the OneGuide correct?

Did you use 'enter it' or 'find it' (auto or manual?)

Make sure there is nothing blocking the IR sensors of the TV and the STB (cable box). Example: make sure the STB is not behind a cabinet or some other blocking... thing.

We definitely support the RNG200N. Follow what Mr. Hermes said, and you should be in good shape.

That is very unfair, they didn't give me anything stating what t put in the box. So I didn't out my controller in and sent my xbox w/ the cables, why are the able to take my xbox out but unable to give me back the cable I need to use it?

I'm using the Cisco DTA-250HD box with Cox Communications. I was able to control the box by positioning the cable box at an angle towards the Kinect and then manually entering the code information.

Device control --> cable or sattleite box --> remove cable box --> cable box set up --> enter it manually --> cox cable communications --> select Cox --> enter it --> dta250hd --> select DTA250 --> set IR Delay to slow

You cannot as far as I know. The Xbox One cannot control those features of the Cable Box. But I do not have cable so I haven't tested it. I have heard it won't control that or the DVR on your cable box.
