Unable to connect Turtle Beach stealth 600 2nd gen to xbox, can anyone please help?

Bought 2nd hand, it works ok on my lap top but i can't seem to connect on the xbox. I've followed instructions, I'm using the usb connector, the blue lights are solid on both usb and console.

Would anyone please be able to advise? I'm guessing it's something on the xbox settings but not sure what

So, as I mention before, the majority of the USB headsets, unfortunately doesn't have compatibility with the xbox consoles. :/

But try to adjust the volume on the console, if that does not work, I advise you, if possible, try to use P2 or P3 headset (3.5 mm jack).

Unfortunately none of those options seem to work. I'm going to take the headset back to the gaming shop and hopefully they'll help or refund

The majority of the USB Headsets didn't work properly with xbox consoles, they're actually made to work by default with only 3.5 mm jack headset's (P2 or P3).
