Unable to Connect to Xbox Live

I am unable to connect to Xbox live after installing a new service provider and performing a full system reboot. My NAT type is unavailable and my service info is unavailable. I don't know what else to do. I am connected to the internet and my speed is 50mb/s.

Please help me.

Anyone else unable to sign into xbox live when playing the 360 games?

When pressing both the Menu and View buttons to bring up the mini guide it just says connect to xbox live.

 

Unable to test my connection. Help please.

Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

• Download Speed
• Upload Speed
• Latency
• Packet Loss %
• Wireless Strength (if applicable)
