Unable to connect to xbox live.............

-now its not even an update every 30 minutes. keep us waiting.

ill never get this full day off back. been working past 42 days straight, no days off. until today. and this is what happens. $60/year for this?

It would of been nice if they put the fawking issue up last night when it was happening. I spent hours tweaking my router. Microsoft you FAILED THIS TIME. 9 years paid service!

 

Getting *** sitting on hold then they hang up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

I'm in MT and haven't been able to connect all day either. Just bought this console wee and haven't had a chance to get on live at all.

 

dont give up. i have had live for 9 years first time issue but ridiculous how slow they were to announce this issue. Microsoft shame on you!

 

It is at least encouraging to hear it's not an every week -issue for Xbox Live.

I only got my console 3 days ago, first gaming console ever. So far I am not very impressed. -.-

 

When when can I get back online? WTF? I am baffled that Microsoft has not fixed this yet. Get to work!

Sorry IM just an addict. 2 phone calls to microsoft hung up and 1 the guy was like we are working on it.

Yeah I live in manhattan,NYC and all of my friends that have Xbox are down too it's time warner but the ones with out TWC are running ok so it's obvious but hey I could be wrong. I was on with a cool cat from Xbox support over the phone and did everything
we could I than called TWC and they just push and body asking about Xbox problems to the side.i can't stand TWC they give no *** to any thing gaming stuff connection wise

 

FOR THE RECORD FINALLY FIXED> TOO long for 245 hours downtime during the weekend. At least its up! Thanks

 

Yeah dude I think it was Microsoft and Issue. Not sure who is at fault., RR is GREEEEDY (time warner)

I still cannot connect. This is unacceptable. I do not pay $500 plus for a system and games for it to sit on my Desk and not be useable!

 

That sucks. Until the support alert is up we cannot call them I guess. It will get running
