Unable to connect to xbox live.............

I am so upset, haven't been able to connect ALL DAY !!! I am so upset, I am not going to get this day back !!!!!!!!!! Oh yeah, I am in Maine so it is doing it all over the friggin place.

Anyone else unable to sign into xbox live when playing the 360 games?

When pressing both the Menu and View buttons to bring up the mini guide it just says connect to xbox live.

 

Unable to test my connection. Help please.

Many people have the same problem, Xbox Live is down for Time Warner customers (and possibly others) until the problem is fixed. I feel the same way, I was finally going to get the other two map packs for Black Ops 2 and got greeted with an error.

 

It is making me crazy !!!!!!!!!!

I don't think it is TIme warner, I think it is xbox live

 

Think they are taking to long, and I think we all need some kind of reimbursement, I am not going to get another Saturday off to be able to sit here and play. I have been looking all day to see if I can connect !!!!!

 

Been having this issue all day long myself. Ever since they realised there was an issue and put it on the status page I've been checking every 30 minutes for their update, and mainly it's just been the time stamp on the message changing. And now my day
has been pretty much wasted.

 

I am also very annoyed at microsoft I am having the same problem. BTW i do have time warner cable but i dont see why that matters

 

the outage seems to be effecting mainly TWC customers, so that's why it matters.

probably a connection issue between TWC and Microsoft - a breakdown somewhere and they're trying to find and repair it

 

I'm on Brighthouse, which hasn't been Time Warner since... 2003, was it?

And now it looks like the status page isn't loading any more. And when I try to go to just xbox.com it gives me a runtime error. Something is going on, and I don't think Time Warner Cable is the root of the problem.

 

Yeah it's a microsoft xbox live issue, mostly effecting Time Warner in NY and NC but also some other areas and ISPs

I also can't reach status page any more and getting different errors in different sections of website

 

i demand compensation. 12+hours of it being down is unacceptable. is this why i have to pay for xbox live? ive been on xbox for 6+years and never had an issue last this long. unacceptable microsoft.
