    Unable to connect to xbox live


    Hello,

    I have 360 and having trouble to connecting to Xbox live, spent long hours with both Xbox support team and ISP both blaming each other as faulty device in fact I did exchange brand new 360 and still have connectivity issue, Tried all possible tips. Any tips
    will be good help. Thanks

    Anyone else unable to sign into xbox live when playing the 360 games?

    When pressing both the Menu and View buttons to bring up the mini guide it just says connect to xbox live.
