Unable to connect to Xbox Live

I have recently purchased a new xbox 360 E to replace my old xbox 360 (white version). The new xbox will not connect to xbox live, although it does connect to the internet. I re-networked the older xbox and it connected without any problem.

I have checked the support forums and worked my way through the various suggestions i found, but these have not worked either.

There is also an xbox360S and and xbox one which both connect without a problem.

The router is a Sky HUB Sr102

Anyone else unable to sign into xbox live when playing the 360 games?

When pressing both the Menu and View buttons to bring up the mini guide it just says connect to xbox live.

I have a similar problem... Microsoft is almost criminally negligent in failing to address this issue. Customer retaliation is quite frankly well in order.

Hey me and my brother both had this problem, we ended up having to do different things to get it to work.

I was having an issue with my account. i had to set my new xbox as my main, then having to install my account not just transfer it. had to go through some security stuff with mt email.

what have you done so far ?

 

Me also don t want open. Error code nbre:8015D002.

The account open in my phone explorer page.but in my xbox 360 don t want open

I created a new profile ran updates. New microsoft account. Just want to download netflix it tells me to sign in or create account. I choose sign in and behold....im already signed in. Customer support is redundant. Online my account seems fine.

 

Many days that i can connect to xbox live with my 360, with the error code : 8015190E

 

I'm not getting a code, it specifically says: "Your console is connected to the Internet but can't contact Xbox Live" though that makes no sense considering every other device on the network is just fine.
