Unable to Connect to Xbox Live

Hey, I apologise first hand for the layout of this thread as im using an Old mobile to post. Long story short I have been unable to connect to XboxLive since Thursday evening, Gone through EVERY troubleshooter available and done various amounts of online
research to try and find a cause, and a solution to no avail. Spoken with my ISP after checking my port settings and they have said it all should be accessible so must be either a console error or a problem their end. The error code given is always the same
'80151912' and the Status result after doing Connection tests through the console changes between two, the most common as follows: W: 0000-0021 X: 0000-F001 Y: 00A8-6840 Z: 8015-1912 ID: FFFF-FFFF L: 0015-10F1 Q: 8007-0435. I figured after a couple days researching
it 'may' have something to do with the fact I unsubscribed from the Dashboard Beta during the week last week but not sure, I also want to confirm the console has never been taken apart except when inserting/removing the Hard Drive, any assistance or advice
would be greatly appreciated, Thank you for reading and once again I apologise for the format written.

Anyone else unable to sign into xbox live when playing the 360 games?

When pressing both the Menu and View buttons to bring up the mini guide it just says connect to xbox live.

Hey there.If you haven't already as part of your troubleshooting, I would first try clearing your network configuration data and starting fresh to see if that helps. Go to Settings, System, Network, select your network, choose Configure Network, go right
to Additional Settings, then Restore to factory defaults. Reboot the console, and run Test Xbox Live Connection from Network Settings and see if you're able to sign in.

 

Hello KenH! And thank you for replying, unfortunately I have tried that in one of the earlier stages to no avail, what's weird is a new development being when I try to connect withon a game I get an error code ending in A, I run a connection test via the
dashboard and I get a set of numbers different slightly to the ones above, I test again then it gives me the exact numbers recorded, I'm not sure what it is and borderline just purchasing a new console, which would be a shame as mine has never had an issue
before.

 

I wouldn't do that just yet, I'm sure there's a way around it. Have you already tried removing and redownloading your profile?

As a last resort, I would try a factory reset, but if possible back up all of your information first.

Ah thankyou Ken, I read into the thread you linked and I actually rember reading it a day ago, sounds pretty much identical to the issue im having, I was worried it would be related to a console suspension when I read what some of the Status codes relate
to, however being that I have never tampered with anything I put it down to a Hardware/Software malfunction, and it now MUST be something to do with cancelling the Beta update program like the other poster has done. Is there any official who can guide or provide
some support on this? Im loosing out on precious down-time between work and I have recently purchased a Live subscription and Premium access on another game which is draining lol, Not that im greatful Ken I appreciate you taking the time to get back to me.

 

To cover your previous suggestion (sorry I went on for a bit when typing) yea I tried deleting the profile and redownloading however once it was removed, I couldn't even connect to XBL to even start a download, basically I have no online function on my console
and I have no idea why, I'm 99% sure the problem is related to the Dashboard Beta update but I cannot get an answer from an official, my console isn't flagged or banned from what I can tell but is equally as frustrating.
