Unable to connect to Xbox Live

Was playing earlier today when I suddenly got disconnected from Live. Been trying pretty much everything I can think of to fix it since. I can connect to Network, and Internet, but fail at Xbox Live. Went through the trouble shooting with support articles
and no luck. Have tried to fill out the forms below to the best of my ability.

Anyone else unable to sign into xbox live when playing the 360 games?

When pressing both the Menu and View buttons to bring up the mini guide it just says connect to xbox live.

 

Unable to test my connection. Help please.

This is happening to me too! I've done everything the xbox support tells me to do, but still cant connect. The problem stated 2 days ago and since then it since as if the xbox only connects when it wants to. what kind of worked was clearing the system cache,
but after when I started playing COD it asked me for a "account password confirmation" . When I confirmed it, it disconnected me from xbox live. Since then I couldn't connect.

When I test my internet network it fails to connect from the internet to Xbox live. Please help!

 

well, i been having the same problem for almost 3 days now---first it didn't connect at all and show error 8015190e-- i get in contact with tech support (2 times) and they walk me trough all the steps checking just in case (caché, reset network, router,
try download profile again [wich couldn't beacuse it won't connect to live], even port forwarding)--finally they tell me it was something that was happening to several accounts and to just sit and wait for it to fix it--

today in the morning i manage to get online but just for half an hour two times and then it would disconnect me and show error 80151904--till now i'm still waiting but can't get online, even when i try to use the account in GFWL

i'll leave here the bill form that shows after the connection test...just to clarify, internet and network appears ok, it the connection to live that fails

I have not been able to connect at all to Xbox Live since I got disconnected, and I have not received an error code either. Hopefully this issue can be resolved for us all soon.

 

I was just randomly able to sign in to Xbox Live again. I have done nothing between now and my last post to try and fix not being able to connect,so this seems very random. Hope it works out for the rest of you too.

 

As of now, my profile says i'm not connected to xbox live and when i try to connect shows a new error, but i recived a message and apparently the console is downloading demos even offline, thing that yesterday wasn't doing it. In talk with a tech support
guy yesterday told me its a problem with their system that fails to allow the console to connect to live and that they are working on fixing it

 

Thanks for the feedback gekiyouban. Hopefully Tech support can sort this out ASAP, for everyone, as it has been for me. I sure found it to be an extremely frustrating issue, when trying to find out what the problem was.

 

I had this problem since yesterday... I was affraid it may be my account or my xbox, I guess there is a problem with the servers or something? I hope this gets fixed soon...

 

I can't connect to live either I chatted with tech support twice and have done everything including resetting router and xbox restoring factory settings moved xbox to diff tv directly connected to router everything. it says I have internet but my console
can't connect to xbox live what do I do ride it out please help I want to play the new ghost DLC

 

apparently it is not something you have to touch and done. it's a problem with their system so you'll just have to sit and wait while they try to solve it. theres nothing we can do from our consoles. it is in their hands now the problem

 

Thanks for chiming in here. We're having the same problem. Did online chat and tried all their suggestions, but our Xbox still won't connect to Xbox Live. Hoping it fixes itself soon!

 

Still having issues with Xbox Live here too. I have been in contact with my ISP Buckeye CableSystems and they say other ISPs are reporting the same problems. I have heard of a few PS$ users having a problem as well. WHAT GIVES XBOX/INFINITY WARD?

 

I just started having this problem today, I too have buckeye internet.
