    unable to connect to xbox live


    can someone please contact me at [Mod Removed - Please don't post personal information]? I have not been able to connect to xbox live since friday. my wireless is working just fine and i have tried everything that is listed in the trouble
    shooting section of the web site. please email me. I pay for this service and there is no reason why it should not be working. My laptop works, my cellphone etc.... but no xbox since friday and i've been using this same connection for almost a year now.

    Anyone else unable to sign into xbox live when playing the 360 games?

    When pressing both the Menu and View buttons to bring up the mini guide it just says connect to xbox live.
